Q : How do we start?
A : The process starts with initial discussions regarding your product portfolio interest and company profile. We will then ask you to provide required documents, namely NIB, tax identification number, and company letterhead. These documents are needed to register your entity to our system.
If the information is sufficient, our internal team will assess the fitness on our partnership. Once confirmed, we will further align on operationalizing the details for the go-live.
Q : Can we see the product catalog and pricing details?
A : Yes! You can access it on ULIEPS on the Order Page. Please contact our agent for guidance and access.
Q : What is the incoterms used for pricing on ULIEPS?
A : The goods price on ULIEPS is using Freight-on-Board (FOB) as the incoterms.

A : Currently 100% of our products in Unilever Indonesia already certified from Indonesia Halal Authority MUI since 1994 for our food products. Currently our sites are already certified by ISO9001 for quality aspects and ISO 14001:2015 for environmental aspects.
